After going through the material from www.CreativeRealEstateHelp.com we were actually surprised what was provided.

The Pros: They provide ALOT (an understatement) of current information in a solid and easy to follow format. The value is exceptional, especially considering most materials in this price range are typically introductory products that really only give you enough to get started. There are also mp3 audios for everything AND all the editable agreements. Very impressive.

The Cons: It isn't available in a hard copy format, but at this price there's no way it could be with all the content that's included; it's a steal.
